Shipping & Returns

 Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Popcorn is bulky for its weight, so there are times when adjustments to shipping costs may be necessary to accomodate packaging needs.

To reduce shipping expenses for our customers we often ship popcorn treats in multiple smaller bags rather than one very large bag. (For instance, a pound of Original Caramel may come packaged as two half pounds or four quarter pounds, which allows it to be packed in a smaller dimensioned box, thus reducing your shipping costs.)This is particularly true for savory popcorns, as they are twice as bulky per pound as caramels and sweets.

Please note in the comments box of your order if you prefer to pay additional shipping for single, larger packages if appropriate.

The weight of most items can be found on its detail page. Most single items do not reflect the weight of their shipping package. Most variety or multi-packs do include the weight of their shipping packaging.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

We fully expect that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your treats, please contact us via email or by phone and we will work together to find the best way to remedy the situation.

You may be asked to return any uneaten product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
